Eva Maria Beckmann studied law at the University of Osnabrück and successfully completed her studies in February 2020 with the First State Examination in Law. Her university focus was on private international law. She then worked as a research assistant in the corporate litigation department of an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf.
In September 2020, Ms. Beckmann began her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Osnabrück and successfully completed it in September 2022 with the Second State Examination in Law. Felix Klocke studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum and the University of Münster, graduating in 2023 with the First State Examination in Law. He majored in labor and social affairs at the university. Mr. Klocke then worked as a research assistant in public commercial law at an international commercial law firm.
He has been a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law and Family Business Law of Prof. Dr. Katharina Uffmann since June 2024. Mr. Klocke is also responsible for the association Hereditare e.V. (third-party funding). Among other things, he is responsible for the annual Bochumer Erbrechtssymposium at the Ruhr University Bochum.
